Shameless Self-Promotion

A guy I know didn't like the column I wrote last week. He said I should have mentioned that my second book was recenty published instead. Last week's column wasn't one of my favorites either, so maybe the guy has a point. However, I can't go back in time and change history (although he seemed to imply that I could), so last week's column will have to stay as it is. Instead, this week's column will be dedicated to shameless self-promotion.

I'm not really inclined toward promoting things (which may explain why hardly anyone bought my first book), so bear with me, since I'm not very good at this.

My second novel, Vacationing with Jel was published last month. It's a pretty good book in my opinion, so I think you should buy a copy. You can get it from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and just about anywhere else (other than an actual bookstore). You can also buy it from the publisher, although you can save on shipping if you get it from Amazon instead. To whet your appetite (or perhaps to spoil it), you can read the first few pages here.

While you're shopping for imaginative and engaging fiction, you'll probably also want to pick up a copy of my first novel, At The Arms. It's available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble, as well as from the publisher. You can read the first chapter here.

There. My work here is done. Now that you know about the books, I'm sure you'll want to go out and buy a few copies. I expect to sell millions and millions of copies now. (And by "millions," I mean maybe one or two, if that.)
